The DQ381 has a weak point: Oil loss occurs from time to time in the area of the oil pump. Due to malfunctions of the pump, the following error codes are stored in the memory, while the gearbox then often switches to emergency operation:

Oil pump and oil change on gearbox
These faults can be easily remedied by replacing the oil pump and clearing the fault memory. In addition, the pump change should generally be combined with an oil change on the transmission. VAICO also offers the appropriate EXPERT KIT+ for this purpose.
